Brewery description
Alley Kat Brewing Company is a longtime Edmonton craft brewery known for playful, small-batch beers and approachable local character. Founded in 1995, it helped shape Alberta's independent beer scene with favourites like Aprikat wheat ale, seasonal releases, and experimental taps. Its southside taproom offers tastings, growler fills, events, and a friendly window into the city's brewing community.
