Located in Camperdown, Sydney, Hahn Brewing Co. Pty. Ltd. was the pioneering brewery founded by Chuck Hahn known for bringing crisp, full-flavoured lager brewing to Australia in the late 1980s. Its beers helped shape modern Australian tastes, blending European technique with local ingredients and an independent spirit that later influenced the Malt Shovel Brewery and the wider craft beer movement.
